SENES, spol. s r.o. is a company with long-standing experience and references in the field of comprehensive property management. We currently manage and maintain 243 industrial, administrative, logistics, commercial, accommodation and residential properties. The majority of services provided within our property management are delivered by our own experienced, long-term employees and equipment. We currently perform building maintenance, interior and exterior cleaning, laundry and dry cleaning, green space maintenance, winter maintenance and reception services using our own resources.
